Parent and Toddler Group

Merry Go Round Parent and Toddler Group is open every Friday afternoon in term time between 1:15pm and 3:15pm and for occasional summer holiday sessions. There is no need to book, just drop-in and the group leader will welcome you and show you around.

Fees are £2.00 per child and accompanying adult, including drinks and biscuits. Additional children (over 12 months) cost £1.00.

Our toddler group room offers the ideal environment for parents to make friends and recharge with a cup of tea or coffee.  Have a look at the photos in our gallery!

Toddlers and older pre-school children can join in stimulating craft activities and enjoy our wide selection of toys, puzzles, games and books. We have a fully enclosed garden with slides, ride-on toys, ball games and play houses.

Although parents are responsible for their own children at all times, the group leader oversees the activities and singing and is on hand to answer any questions. This also provides an opportunity for your child to become accustomed to Merry Go Round staff and the environment before progressing to pre school.

Buggies can be left outside the pre-school playground or under the awning in wet weather.
